I have a small problem with my COBAN equipment. I have been using the platform for many years, and it has always worked perfectly. I have two Coban devices. An older one that works perfectly with positions every 30 seconds. And another one a little newer, with new functions that is online on the platform, but only updates position when I call him requesting position in the old fashioned way SMS. Below are my SMS settings sent to the device:

With these parameters, my old unit is already able to communicate smoothly. But the newer drive doesn’t work with these settings. I tested other solutions described in the forum, such as the additional commands:

Toolbox in Device Traffic, receives and sends simple data often information like IMEI and ON. The position and other parameters it only sends when I call the equipment and it sends position via SMS.

I’ve already tested other identical equipment and the same problem happens, I also tetei another GPS antenna (always in an open place) and so I ruled out the possibility of a defect. I’ve driven the car for a few kilometers and it updates position after some time, but it seems to have its own source, only when you want it, not according to the configuration.
