As we checked, your device didn’t send any data messages for last 3 days.
That is, your device began to send data a few days ago, but this data was without geolocation.
Then your device just stopped sending data.

In this case, first of all, check on the tracker side:
1) SIM card balance and traffic limits on it
2) Data sending intervals and tracker operation mode
The tracker may have entered sleep mode or some settings have gone wrong.
3) Try setting your device to send data more frequently, then go outside with the tracker and move around for 5-10 minutes. Most likely your device will “catch” the satelites and will start sending data.
It is best to contact the device manufacturer or dealer for the tracker settings.
