Since our system works based only on the data messages that your device sends, first of all, check on the tracker side:
- SIM card balance and traffic limits on it
- Data sending intervals and tracker operation mode
- The tracker may have entered sleep mode or some settings have gone wrong.
It is best to contact the device manufacturer or dealer for the tracker settings, as they are better versed in their product and its features
Also, information on settings can be found in the instructions for the device.
If you can’t find the problem, please send us a screenshot of the device configuration(SMS commands and device’s answers), we’ll try to check it additionally "
