    This ID sends data on GPRS.
    Delete the password in the tracker settings to parse additional packages.

            We are done debug. The data from the tracker received normally. Check it.

              Yes tracker send data normally, but device its always offline.

              Issue its with new orange device its always offline.
              With old orange tk8800 and other kingneed see online normally.

              I have ask if you can fix this

                Legacy mode only offline. It works only to receive data from the old hardware gateway. Does not support commands.

                      Hello. I finally took the time to setup my TK20C tracker. What I found out is that I can see actual movement of the tracker but unable to view any history. Nothing there. Have I set this unit up incorrectly during setup? Why I can see real time movement but no history?

                        I have a Kingneed TK20C tracker. I have reset the unit and entered in all of the IP and PORT data (setip19319316516621766*). The unit is set as a Legacy using a Kingneed TK20 setting on GPS-Trace. I have entered the TK20C IMEI number (015136000624549). I can see the unit position on the map, which is correct location, on the GPS-Trace website. But the website does not show any data. Just states it is offline. What am I doing wrong?
