I tested with the Xexun protocol (12 character ID: 0 + [11 last digits of IMEI].
I have tried with Coban or Concox protocol (15 character IMEI.)

The port that was indicated is 32329, I also saw in the forum, port 26120, and also tested with the port that was previously used 20462.

The tracker works perfectly, from what I understand, that I am not finding the appropriate port.

At all times UTC is set to 0.

      In the application I have: I have created 2 units of the 3 possible ones, which can be created.

      1. Called “Taxi06567” with the device Tk103-2 and 15 digits of IMEI: 012207005011323
      2. Called “test” with the device Tk-103-2 and 0 + the last 11 digits IMEI: 007005011322

      In the tracker configuration:

      That is the configuration of my tracker, which in the different occasions that I have commented, I have tried changing the port, 26120, (commented in the forum by another administrator) and by the old one that was used in the old platform 20462.

      And I’ve been testing the tracker on another platform, of course it is changing IP and ports. And it worked perfectly. I have returned to configure the tracker, to the mentioned configuration. But I need it and I can’t be like this if I can’t find a quick solution.

        We will see what data is sent by the tracker. At this time you will not see data.

          In registered object, in ID of 15 digits there is a typo (you need 012207005011322, you write 012207005011323)
          Make changes there and reconfigure the tracker on the port and object server in the application (type Xexun).

            Me gustaría saber cuál es la configuración adecuada con la nueva aplicación, para la tk102 2 , desde que cambio de aplicación el gps me gasta la batería en una semana, quería saber cuál es el comando adecuado para que se quede dormida , y también no me contesta al teléfono máster , alguna solución ?.

              All possible additional settings are in the unit menu - Tools - Setbox.
              If you mean any other settings, write more about this.

              Hol otra vez , mi problema es que en la anterior aplicación de gps trace iba perfectas , se movían y al pararse se dormían , desde que e cambiado a la nueva aplicación , no se como configurarlas bien , no sé si desde tools se puede configurar, que de casa 30 Segundo , y al parar que se quede dormida , sobre todo para ahorra batería , las que e migrado desde la antigua aplicación , dan señal seguido y se les acaba la batería en 5 días , on l anterior aplicación duraban 30 , gracias .

                Hello , I’ve lived in Thailand.. I have the same problem. I have an Xexun Tk 103-2, on the old platform I had no problem.
                I had to create a new account and create new device ID with 15 IMEI, 353451042487452, & “0+11(last imei), 051042487452″ to check the problem.
                I tried configure it with Ip 193.193.165.37 and port 32329 & 26120 , set timezone to 0 and 7 . But, all of that setting, nothing picks up signal.
                My device works correctly through sms commands to send back the correct gps position, but through the platform nothing.
                Finally, my setting were ip 193.193.165.37port 26120 (not 32329 as u suggest to TAXI06567), imei 353451042487452, device type as xexun.

                  20/03/2020 at 11 o’clock (UTC) there were connections on port 26120, but they do not match your imei. Perhaps your imei tracker does not match the transmitted.

                    Please check that you have correctly configured the APN on the tracker, and that everything is fine with the SIM card or chip that you use with the tracker, that there are enough funds and that the data transfer limits are not exceeded.
                    If everything is fine with this, then please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Xexun TK 102-2.
                    If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
                    After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.
