I did, I was following : STEP 1:
To check the unique ID of a GPS device, direct it to the IP address 193.193.165.167 and a corresponding port (see devices/ports list).
I tried to direct the device to mentioned IP adress and port 20157 or 20668, but the response from device was “pwd fail”….:-(

    If you received such a response from the tracker, then you have a problem with the specified password when sending a command.
    How did you previously send commands when configuring the tracker to the port and server specified in the application? Could you ask the tracker for the current settings?

    I dont think so…..when I send to GPS device dmessage adminip123456 193.193.165.37 26120….the response is adminip OK!

      In this case, please try sending the command to identify the tracker to id.wialon.net again (for Xexun TK 102-2 for id.wialon.net: server - 193.193.165.167, port - 20668). Maybe the last time there was some kind of typo, for example, there was no space or there was a temporary failure.

      OK it worked, I have confirmed unique ID with id.wialon.net, my ID is 864894030680046, I am trying to connect through the application ruhavik.gps-trace.com where I filled in ID 094030680046,but it shows me only “waiting for connection”….Am I doing anything wrong?

        You write that on id.wialon.net you have an ID 864894030680046, then you need to enter it in the unit settings in the application.
        In most cases, such devices really have ID 0 + 11 of the last IMEI digits, but sometimes all 15 IMEI digits are sent by tracker. If 15 digits was determined on id.wialon.net, then you need to enter them.

        If there is any misunderstanding, please attach a screenshot where we can see how the tracker was identified on id.wialon.net.

        I did, I filled in the application on ruhavik.gps-trace.com ID in 15charactestics, then I tried 0+12 characteristics and also 0+11 charactestics….and I am still not able to connect. I can send you screenshot if you send your email adress.Thanks for helping me in advance.Michal

          In the email, briefly describe the problem, and also indicate the login and ID of the device you want to use, then we can check your problem additionally.

          la respuesta era más fácil de lo que parece, en ruhavik hay que ingresar el xexun tk103-2 con todos los números del IMEI, enviar comando adminip123456 193.193.165.37 26731 y el apn correspondiente.
          luego mandar el comando reset123456 para que termine de configurar y por último gprs123466 y listo. equipo reportando en la plataforma.

            en la app pone conectado pero no consigo datos de posicion.

              If the problem with connecting the device has not yet been resolved, please check the APN settings of the tracker.
              Often in the APN settings there is also a password or username, or both. Please check the information with the provider of chip or SIM-card that you use with the tracker and, if it is necessary, configure the APN differently.
