Hello , I’ve lived in Thailand.. I have the same problem. I have an Xexun Tk 103-2, on the old platform I had no problem.
I had to create a new account and create new device ID with 15 IMEI, 353451042487452, & “0+11(last imei), 051042487452″ to check the problem.
I tried configure it with Ip 193.193.165.37 and port 32329 & 26120 , set timezone to 0 and 7 . But, all of that setting, nothing picks up signal.
My device works correctly through sms commands to send back the correct gps position, but through the platform nothing.
Finally, my setting were ip 193.193.165.37port 26120 (not 32329 as u suggest to TAXI06567), imei 353451042487452, device type as xexun.
