Long ago I used the “Orange.gps-trace.com” platform without problems, getting to receive a message that it was going to expire, downloading the new application with which I could see in the first instance that it worked through a gateway between the old platform and the new one.
In the old platform my username is: NIKO089 and my password is 5 digits, which was not necessary in principle, for the new platform because with the gateway directly I connected you.
When it has already been mandatory, enter with the new application; platform, I had to generate another User (email) and another password, because the new platform did not recognize my old credentials, because in the new platform the password must be at least 6 digits.
Therefore I create a new account with email “Rimafe089@gmail.com” and 6-digit password, I start trying to configure my GPS device (XEXUN TK103-2) with the platform, indicating that the server IP: 22.214.171.124 and port 32329 for my device.
I configure my GPS with these indications through SMS, and this is not seen in the application, I try to put IP of the server: 126.96.36.199 and the port was previously used “20462″ and it has not worked either.
My GPS works perfectly by sending the commands via SMS, locating it without problem.
If I send positioning confirmation sms it works perfectly. But for the time to be perfect, here in Spain UTC (+1). I have tried to put the IP with the previous port, to put the full IMEI with the 15 digits. And nothing, the tracker is not detected on the platform.
I have also tried to send IP 188.8.131.52 and port 26120, in addition to setting the UTC by sending sms to 0, and I don’t get it to detect it to the tracker. Now I am with that configuration and 0 + 11 last digits of the tracker IMEI.
Please, I don’t know, what may be happening. So that as far as possible they can help me.
