GFP , Hello, Since trackers of different manufacturers and models work according to different protocols, it is difficult to say for sure whether your tracker corresponds to one of the protocols we support. Please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as Xeeletech LK106 or Rilla G19. If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without). After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port. I have followed the indications received in detail. No configuration (Xeeletech LK106 or Rilla G19) reflects the equipment on the website. Instead, I have configured the device with the parameters of Watret C13 (193.193.165.167, port 22112) and I can see the equipment on the id.wialon.net website https://gurtam.com/en/gps-hardware/auto/watret-c13

GFP hi again, We added Watret C13 device type to Legacy category. Please, try to create a unit with such device type in your account and then direct your device to the new IP and port(from unit settings). Also please, write us on the results.

Hello, I am from Cuba, I also have a bds gps tracker c13 of the Carrfan brand - cj720 Global, which responds to the capture commands shared by the administrator. I have not been able to use it because I cannot connect it to the internet, I think because it does not keep the apn, I configure it and after a while it returns to the one it brought from the factory by itself and I have not been able to find the command to send myself the location by sms either.
