Since trackers of different manufacturers and models work according to different protocols, it is difficult to say for sure whether your tracker corresponds to one of the protocols we support.
Please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as Xeeletech LK106 or Rilla G19.
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.

I have followed the indications received in detail. No configuration (Xeeletech LK106 or Rilla G19) reflects the equipment on the website.

Instead, I have configured the device with the parameters of Watret C13
(193.193.165.167, port 22112) and I can see the equipment on the id.wialon.net website

We added Watret C13 device type to Legacy category.
Please, try to create a unit with such device type in your account and then direct your device to the new IP and port(from unit settings).
Also please, write us on the results.

GFP boa noite amigo, eu consegui conectar o meu rastreador C13 neste parâmetro que você indicou aqui no fórum ( Watret C13 ) porta 22112. só não estou conseguindo enviar o comando de APN para o rastreador, você ou alguém teria ideia de como seria o envio deste comando?

very simple and free china site www.360gps.net allow to see all alarms: if sensor moving, if power supply disconnect, I can open/close contacts of relay in Watret C13 remotely. Please, make this alarm in Ruhavik please! For good example: mikodus application. With audio alarms and various settings.

I connected Watret C13 to Ruhavik with a help of this command by sms STIP:193.193.165.166,22112#
But Ruhavik.app disappointed me - no possible to open/close relay remotely, no audio alarms for vibration or power off. That why I use china tracker.

For devices from the Legacy category, commands are really not available.
Commands are available only for devices from the Hardware category.

Please specify which commands this device can receive and which ones would be useful to you?
Please write us the answers to the mail support@gps-trace.com, with a link to this post.
In the letter, also indicate the login and device imei, then we can see and analyze what the device sends and how it can be used.

To receive IP and port you should create a unit in the app because each individual unit can have its own specific IP and port.
Since this particular type of device is not integrated into our system, try to create a unit in a system with
Gosafe G91I type. Then you will get IP and port in the unit Common settins, point your device there and check Toolbox for the messages from your device.
