GT02A, GT02D, ST-901A+
Всем добрый день .Подскажите что делать. До ноября 2019 все работало. Потом поменялась программа. я долго не пользовался программой не было авто. И все захожу под своим логином .и не чего трекер показывает последнее место положение. Как вернуть в рабочее состояние. Трекер GT02A.

What application (its version) do you use right now?
Has your tracker connected? Do you use an old tracker?
Is your tracker configured on the same port and server as it was configured earlier, maybe if you have not used the tracker, is it currently not configured?
Does the Toolbox (unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - section with messages below) have the corresponding data?

( server,666666,1,orange.gps-trace.com,20488,0# ) na plataforma antiga era assim que eu conseguia conectar meus rastreadores GT02A. por favor se mudou a forma de enviar os comandos me respondem, aguardo retorno, muito obrigado

Therefore, please select in your Ruhavik account when creating or configuring a unit:
Device Category - HARDWARE
Device Type - Resiont TK110
If your tracker supports DNS server format, then configure it to:
Server Host - 12741.flespi.gw
Port - 26731
If not, then configure it on the server IP format:
Server Host - 193.193.165.37
Port - 26731
That is, in the command you specified for the tracker, after creating or configuring the unit, replace “orange.gps-trace.com, 20488″ with “12741.flespi.gw, 26731″ or with “193.193.165.37,26731″
долго гемороился с gps-trace.com.по итогу - gps-trace.com, категория трекера - Hardware, тип трекера - Resiont TK110, уникальный ид - к ид трекера в начале добавляете ноль (получается вида 028042442ххх). смс с указанием порта, возможно другой предложит, смотрим в приложении: SERVER,666666,1,193.193.165.37,26731,0#

You can see in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - at the top of the section with logs that the tracker is connected, but does not send messages (the number of messages is 0).
Please check if the data transfer intervals are configured correctly and if there is enough funds on the SIM card or chip that you use with the tracker and if the data transfer limits are not exceeded.
Unfortunately, we cannot say for sure whether you are using the correct commands, it is best to refer to the instructions for your tracker.

On the last page of creating you will get ip and port, then you need to point the device at them.
As a result, your device will start sending data to Ruhavik and the device will start to be displayed on the map.

Здравствуйте, приобрёл GT02D, и уже пожалел об этом. В описании было написано. что трекер якобы умеет глушить двигатель через реле, но судя по всему не так. Но это всё мелочи. Трекер не откликается ни на одну из команд. Причем список команд у него совершенно другой, не такой как на gt02A. Либо что-то я не так понял, либо трекер бракованный, если кто с таким сталкивался, подскажите с чего начать настройку. Прикреплю картинку, я так понял настройка должна начинатсья с установки центрального номера, это единственная команда, на который трекер присылает ответ:
The Admin must be number,Fail!
На команды аутентификации (101#номер#) присылает ответ:
The Auth must be number,Fail!
На обычные команды, типа password,666666, И сброс на заводские не реагирует никак
