Hello. How can i delete an account i created? I don’t need this units any more so the account is useless. I didn’t figure it to find an option…

If you want to remove only units, then you can go to the unit menu - Settings - Common Settings - click Delete. In this case, all information relating to this unit will be deleted.
If you want to delete the entire account, please write to us about this from the email that is assigned to your account in support - support@gps-trace.com

Actually the option to delete a unit is not there. You have to click on the unit, then click the 3 dots that appear to the right of the unit, click on settings, then click on the 3 dots that will then appear under settings to the right of the unit. How is that for an easter egg? It’s almost comical! I would suggest actually making this an option in a tab under settings, rather than hiding it in the secondary 3 dot menu. No way I would have found it except for the breadcrumbs above (which incorrectly suggest to click on “common settings”) and then dumb luck clicking on the secondary 3 dots.

This is a very old forum topic. Since then, we have changed the design of the unit card several times. We believe that the delete function is rarely used by users, so this function has been moved to an option after 3 dots.
