I contacted Gutram many times during last 9 years while I was using orange.
Every time they answered me that I had few trackers, so I could use only orange.
By the way, orange was a vonferull platform.
Now you have decided to stop your activity on Orange. Not anymore financial gain.
What’s problem selling it to me?

          In this first step I need documentation about db tables, relationship,
          developed function, installable enviroment, required software and hardware, ecc.
          I think you have that info, no extra work to create them now.

          I need to use only my own 5-6 tracker,
          I think hardware resource aren’t so high.

            GPS-Trace installation is intended to run on multiple servers. How many Debian Linux servers do you have for the setup?

              Well, You are a business company, you make test on orange before release it on production (commercial server), I suppose.
              You need more and more harware to do that.
              I suppose that you have more than an application server;
              you have a great web servers to guarantee multiple access to many users;
              you have a large db server to collect and store all data from multiple users;
              you have a firewall, a large shared storage (certainly in raid xx), every server with a lot of ram, multi-core cpu and so on …
              all with a redundant installation to give continuity.

              As I wrote to you, I only have to trace my own devices (5 or 6 devices).
              No external web access is required (I’ll access to my little orange only from my local network);
              only one unique user access at the time;
              no big data (I exported gps data from orange: 1 tracker, 3 years, 5 different formats, are 185Mb !!!);
              only two or three external ports opened on the router to receive tracker’s data;
              simplify, this is mine target!
              I suppose it will be possible to simplify actual installation, if “we” are able to get to the end!

                  From cost perspective it is much better to buy Wialon Local or Hosting products or just use open source gps tracking system on your server like TrackIt! or even Traccar.

                      Why not keep old one(Orange) active until new one function well? Most of users are complaining with new beta version in the forum.
                      All my unit devices are coban 303f, recently bought 4 more units and not aware of this change. Now 4 new units have been registered but can’t track the cars at all.
                      Previous 3 units have been used for more than 5 years and funtion very good. Now all have problem to track real time. One of unit just frozen at 30th Nov 2019. I have sent email to support@gps-trace.com but Oleg ask me to seek help in forum. Can anyone know how to solve it please?

                        Coban1 There are about 560 users on the forum now. This is less than 0.5% of the total in GPS-Trace.
                        Now we are making a global migration from the old device platform (Legacy) to the new (flespi). Our users have already swiched about 51.642+ devices.
                        And when we don’t know how to configure this or that device, we ask for help from our community. And I think that soon we will solve all issues

                            By the way, from your last message I understand that you don’t want to evaluate in concrete my request.
                            Wrong!

                                  There should be no problem to sell you Wialon Local if you are ready to pay it. It is just very expensive for 5 trackers, but you may use it of course.

                                  GPS-Trace installation is way too complex and not ready for external installation at the moment which makes it even more expensive to deliver.

                                    Could you decsribe this complex installation? Probably we’ll find togheter a way to semplify it!

                                          Use new GPS-Trace, the team will add more features and extend it very soon. Or use any other commercial or free product. You always have plenty of choices.

                                              shal I’m using the new m.gps-trace.com, now, as you suggest.

                                              Three device, same configuration on old orange, same tracker, three different migration on the new platform. Legacy, flespi, and 3th one didn’t work at all, and you know well as the support resolved that trouble and where my 3th tracker is still working…

                                              Some orange’s function there isn’t on m.gps-trace.com, yet.
                                              I asked you (and other users did the same) since you started with m.gps-trace.com, to not close the old orange, until you will recreate all function on m.gps-trace.com.
                                              But you said you will close orange anyway, without complete the new m.gps-trace.com … 🙁

                                              I don’t understand why to trash a good working system (you said it’s working from 12 years, only with maintenance - 7 years passive maintenance only!!!) to start from null to recreate the same system again.

                                              Just to remember you, you did the same with gps-trace 2.0 (as legacy on the new m-gps-trace.com !!!)
                                              And gps-trace 2.0 is KO now, while old orange works very well.
                                              How many money you spent on gps-trace 2.0???

                                              PS I don’t know who paid you, but my Human Resource Manager will put me away if I suggest to our customer to use a concorrency’s product 😉 or if I said to change air…
                                              What do you do if all your users will change air???

                                                  Now we see a huge number of users with positive feedback. And just a few persons who are generating 90% of the complaints about functional.

                                                      Usually updates serve to improve something, not to reduce.
                                                      If that’s ok with you, ok for us.

                                                      But this isn’t the same you wrote at begin or during we talk about… 😉

                                                      Probably “the huge number of users with positive feedback” didn’t use your platform for 100% of its possibilities. You gave them a Ferrari, but they know drive only as a 1960’s 500!!! 😉
