Good morning, for years I used the old orange platform without problems using real time satellite systems: -Kingneed 4400 -Kingneed 8800 -Kingneed TK20 All of these with the old platform worked perfectly in real time. I have configured a lot of satellites so I am able to set apn etc .. With the new orange platform using the Legacy mode for the Kingneed I display the position only via SMS. The satellites do not work in real time. The tracker is always offline. I tried with 3 satellites, I tried 3 sims, I tested the internet connection etc … The problem is the new orange platform.

Yes messages working but with old orange interface i can tracking with real mode this device. How can I use these trackers in real time mode and not with messages?

Real Mode = tracker sends position every 30 seconds with internet connection. Device in dashboard its online. Device use the internet connection with APN and don’t use text messages Sms. This is Real Mode for me. With old gps trace orange this tracker working in real mode very well. Now with legacy mode working only with sms.

Issue its with new orange device its always offline.
With old orange tk8800 and other kingneed see online normally.

Hello. I finally took the time to setup my TK20C tracker. What I found out is that I can see actual movement of the tracker but unable to view any history. Nothing there. Have I set this unit up incorrectly during setup? Why I can see real time movement but no history?

I have a Kingneed TK20C tracker. I have reset the unit and entered in all of the IP and PORT data (setip19319316516621766*). The unit is set as a Legacy using a Kingneed TK20 setting on GPS-Trace. I have entered the TK20C IMEI number (015136000624549). I can see the unit position on the map, which is correct location, on the GPS-Trace website. But the website does not show any data. Just states it is offline. What am I doing wrong?

Finally got a response from Kingneed. To program an IP Address and Port Number, they say to use this command:

Lets say we are going to set the IP to 193.193.165.37, Port 22785.

<asterisk>setip<asterisk>193.193.165.37<asterisk>22785<asterisk>

Please replace <asterisk> with the *
This is what they say is the proper command.
