It looks like, there is an issue with the device.
Most likely, in this case, you will need to flash the device or there is a command that can be used to set the tracker ID.
In this case, unfortunately, we can’t help you. It’s better to contact manufacturer or dealer directly.

I bought 3 vehicle trackers and they keep going offline. What could be the problem?
I place 1 into the vehicle OPD port and it was offline when I place the simcard.
The 2nd 1 went online then after 4hours it goes offline and won’t go online.

Hi, my tracker wont drop the call or send location by SMS when i call the sim on the device but it responds to sms commands just fine.

Hello i recently purchased st 905L 4G3, the sms works just fine but the GPS blue led keeps blinking and wont show me accurate map position on sinotrackapp. Hope someone could help me here
The blue light is flashing. The yellow light is on. Displays the position of the last use in another city. Other devices show that the GPS signal is excellent. There are more than 20 satellites visible. The RESET command did not help. How do I make this device work?

According to the instructions, the blinking blue signal indicates problems with the GPS signal.
To resolve issue you need to do the followings:
1 Check the tracker’s location:
Ensure the tracker is not in areas with strong GPS interference, such as underground parking, tunnels, or dense forests. It should have a clear view of the sky.
2 Check the GPS antenna:
If your tracker has an external GPS antenna, make sure it’s properly connected and undamaged. Internal antennas should not be obstructed by metal objects.
3 Restart the tracker:
Turn off the tracker, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on to restore GPS connection.
4 Check the tracker settings:
Ensure it’s configured correctly for GPS. A factory reset may help resolve issues. You can also send a reset command if available.
5 Move the tracker:
Temporarily relocate the tracker to a better area for GPS signal and see if it improves.
6 Check the SIM card (if used):
Sometimes SIM card issues can interfere with GPS data reception.
Following these steps helps in most cases.
