      Try to use this tracker with Concox device type.

      Firstly you should register and login in the application. – https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/registration-and-login
      Create an unit in the system. Use Concox device type. – https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/create-unit
      And direct your device to the server and port specified in unit’s settings on Hardware tab.

      As soon as your device starts sending data in messages to the server, you will immediately see them in the application.

        GT06 usually works on one of the protocols Xexun, Coban, Concox.

        • If you would like to connect your tracker using the Xexun protocol, you need to set 12 character ID: 0 + [11 last digits of IMEI].

        • If you would like to connect your tracker using the Coban or Concox protocol, you need to use 15 character IMEI.

        Please, first of all, check the correctness of the entered ID / IMEI in the application in accordance with the specified in the tracker.

        After unit creating you should configure the tracker to the new IP: PORT specified in the application via SMS command.
        Such commands can have different format, it can be found in the tracker manual. Please, note that protocols (Xexun, Coban, Concox) have different ports.

          Meu rastreador ST901M conectou na plataforma, mas não rastreia, a luz fica verda mas não mostra localização algem poderia me ajuda, estou usando o chip m2m da operadora vivo

            Most likely your tracker sends messages without location data.

            In this case try going outside with your tracker and walking, maybe it will be able to see the satellites and the problem will be solved.

            In case the tracker has connected to our system but is not displayed on the map, it may be that the tracker is not sending geolocation data. This can be checked in Toolbox of the unit – https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/toolbox

            In with case we recommend that you:

            1. Check the correct installation of the tracker. Perhaps it is installed in a place (in a shielded box) that does not allow it to see the satellites well.

            2. Make sure the tracker is not located in a shielded area (covered parking, tunnel, etc.), which also makes it difficult for the tracker to receive coordinates from the satellite.

            3. Check the limit and balance of the SIM card used in the tracker. Sometimes it happens that there is money on the SIM card, for example, but the entire traffic limit has already been used up.

            4. Check tracker settings and notification frequency. Sometimes the tracker goes into sleep mode and, accordingly, does not send data about the tracker’s location.

            First of all, please, try going out into an open space with the tracker and walking down the street with it.
