Most likely your unit sends messages without coordinates.
Thus, the unit is displayed online, but there is no address, because the system does not get the geo position of the device.

Most likely, the device does not see satellites or is motionless for a long time, if you cannot find a problem on the device’s side, write to us(firstname.lastname@example.org) specifying login and unit ID, then we can check it additionally.
