MatthiasB Hello.
First try to configure your tracker as Concox device. When you create a unit you should specify in the settings:
Device Category - Hardware
Device Type - Concox
After that, you can find in the unit menu - Settings - Common settings port and server on which you need to configure the tracker.
If your tracker supports DNS server format, then configure the tracker to:
Server Host - 36373.flespi.gw
Port - 21546
If your tracker only supports the IP server format (to see it, click the IP button next to the server value), configure the tracker to:
Server Host - 193.193.165.37
Port - 21546
Write us back about the results.
Concox JM-LL01

hello dapi,
thank you for the response :-)
First in the ruhavik application I deleted the device, I did tests before.
Then I created a new device with exactly the settings you wrote.
The ID is correctly configured to the device IMEI.
The tracker is configured as..
command server,<pw># –> SERVER,1,36373.flespi.gw,21546
1 means set with domain name
is in Tracking Mode with 30 minutes report interval of GPS data tracking, when standing still.
command mode –> MODE:1,60,1800
the url command delivers a valid position.
From time to time I can see the following in ruhavik.
Online
Number of satellites:
First message time:
No info
Last message time:
No info
Last positional message time:
No info
Message storage:
-
Forecast days ttl:
Between it’s
Offline
When I moved the device, I got SMS via the phone
and saw the green Online State in ruhavik, but not more.
The time of this drop off and vibration event was 23.10.2020 CEST 19:41 UTC 17:41
edit 25.10.2020
Now the tracker is in its winter quarters, in sleeping MODE:2,09:00,12.
That means it wakes up twice a day 09:00 CET and 21:00 CET and sends some data as I can see in the telco provider data usage log.
MatthiasB Hello!
Sorry for the long wait for an answer. Our specialists checked the data. For this model of tracker, the new data was set so it was not parsed and error was arisen.
At this moment, changes have been made and everything should be work.
Also, this model was added to the list of devices. Now you can choose in the settings:
Device Category - Hardware
Device Type - Concox JM-LL01

TelisValaoritis Hello!
First of all, I should note that this forum is intended for users of the Ruhavik application.
Does the tracker respond to commands such as APN# or SERVER#
according to the manufacturer’s instructions (https://www.iconcox.com/uploads/soft/200826/1-200R6151056.pdf)?
If it answers, then please check that its answers.
If not please check commands, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions (information in the PWDSW command), if a password is enabled, then it must be specified as the first parameter. That is, in your command, perhaps after the name of the command, you first need to specify the password and then only the APN separated by commas.
Also you can check the level of 4G communication, maybe in the place where you are there are small ones with a signal level, for example?
No the device not respond to any command ..the only time who responds is when is alerts notification .how I will find out about the 4g strength in my area ??
I download the Ruhavic and I will try it.
So maybe I must create a password for the device via Bluetooth iPhone first and then start to send SMS settings ??
TelisValaoritis Hello!
For the level of 4G communication in your area, you can try to check with the provider.
Have you tried sending commands to the tracker with the default password (666666), which is specified in the manufacturer’s instructions https://www.iconcox.com/uploads/soft/200826/1-200R6151056.pdf?
i add the 666666 password but still not reply.
thank you
TelisValaoritis Hello!
In this case, please try to check the operability of the SIM card that you use with the tracker, and the level of 4G communication, for example, on your phone.
If all is well with this, then please try to turn off and turn on the tracker.
If this does not give any results, then try contacting the seller or manufacturer of the tracker, perhaps it has some kind of malfunction if it does not respond to commands with a working and connected SIM card. Or perhaps the manufacturer will be able to suggest additional checks that you can do in this case.
I bought this product but the battery consumption is high. What I noticed is that it does not go to sleep mode after 10 minutes as it did with the AT6, it will be some configuration problem, or this equipment does not have that function.
JuanJoseMartinezGonzalez Hello!
Do you need any help or did you write this information to help other users?
You can try to set the intervals for sending data in a different way, perhaps this will reduce the consumption of the battery.

Hi Juan, to get an acceptable battery consumption for Concox JM-LL01, you have to combine tracking mode with stop mode.
mode,pw,1,300,86400#
stopmode,pw,on,300,0,300#
with this setting I hope to have the device running for 150 days - we’ll see.
The behavoior is, that it wakes up to send data to the tracking platform once per 24h.
And it wakes up if it moves out of defined fences.
gfence,pw,1,on,0,Nxx.xxxxxx,Exx.xxxxxx,3,,1#
pw is a passcode you can define.
More informations about the tracker can be founde here.. www.iconcox.com

Hello, I have bought Concox JM-LL01 tracker and have trouble configure it and I don’t have all available commands and explanations. Could you help me? Can you provide me full list of commands with explanations?
Furthermore, i have few questions if you can help me:
I set the mode,1,60,360# so that it sends the position every 60 seconds, but when it starts, it reports every few seconds? Vibration senalm is off.
What this commands does and how to use it:
staticrep#
sensor#
timer#How can you listen to the environment around the tracker? Is it possible to configure it through bluetooth or/and with AT commands?
Thank you.
