Hi, if you tracking car or kids do you know that in this case ( with sms) you need to pay allot more money . For example I need maximum 5€ for one year for my car. If I use sms ( what is possible) every time when my car or kind leave home than I need to pay a lot of more money. It’s allot easy with email, and of course you do not need to reprogram your gps tracker.

Hello my friends, i have stop recieving push notifications in my cell phone anymore, by the old app i was recieving regularly but with ruhavik app the notifications are showed only in application and not in my phone anymore, what can i do to recieve again? thnx a lot, Jim

Check if you have notification permissions enabled for this application.
Please try to log out the application and log in it again by entering the username and password. If this does not help, try reinstalling the application please.

Ashe, push notifications on the Ruhavik app you can not hear! For example if you have gps tracker GL300 (personal tracker) with sos button, and someone push that button because it’s emergency you don’t hear it! With email you can hear because you can change sound from email. Or if car bean stolen, or many reasons email you can hear it. Or make possibility in the app that we can change sounds und alarms.

One reason for an email alert is this: When I sleep, I want ruhavik to notify me with a LOUD sound if the tracker moves. But my smartphone (and many many others) don’t have the option of choosing a specific sound only for ruhavik application. So every push notification from all my apps would sound pretty loud !
If I had an email notification,I could chose a specific loud sound (like a siren) to notify me only when ruhavik sent me an email.
