The question with email notifications has not yet been resolved.
If you have a problem with push notifications, then please do the following again, even if you already did all this:
- Log out and log in to the application again by entering your username and password.
- Check that the necessary notifications are turned on in the application (unit menu - Settings - Notifications)
- Verify that the appropriate notification permissions are enabled on your phone for our application
If after that you won’t get push notifications, please write to the support - support@gps-trace.com, indicate your username, version of your operating system, as well as the name of the application and its version (the version of the application can be viewed in the User Settings - Settings - data on the bottom version)
