If you have a problem with the server on the tracker, then you can try the IP format of the server.
And the latest version of Ruhavik in unit menu - Settings - Common Settings you can see the server in two forms - DNS and IP. To see the IP form, click the IP next to the server display.

meu rastreador TK103 parou de rastream de 23/06/20. Ele está configurado como coban GPS103-b e estava usando a porta 28961, porém vi no common settings e aparece a porta 21931 para o GPS103-b. Enviei comando mudando para esta nova porta, mas continua não funcionando.
Algém pode me ajudar?

Unfortunately we cannot provide support in configuring devices since all the trackers have different settings and they can vary greatly. We can help you with the application settings, trackers type definition, but not its configuration.

Also please note that there could be two server formats IP and DNS: you can try to indicate IP server format instead of DNS format (33113.flespi.gw), to see them click the IP button next to the server value in the unit settings (Unit menu - Settings - Common Settings) in your account.

Probably your problem is due to the wrong timezone. You must have it configured on the timezone tracker 0 (UTC)
Tracker messages came with future time. You need to set right timezone.
After changing the timezone messages will not be not updated for some time , because they will be overlapped with the old ones. So you need to wait around a day.
To configure the time zone, you can use SMS commands or Setbox (Settings -> Tools -> Setbox) in the application, if Setbox has such an option.
