Kingneed dont working real time mode

Good morning,

for years I used the old orange platform without problems using real time satellite systems:

-Kingneed 4400
-Kingneed 8800
-Kingneed TK20

All of these with the old platform worked perfectly in real time.
I have configured a lot of satellites so I am able to set apn etc ..

With the new orange platform using the Legacy mode for the Kingneed I display the position only via SMS. The satellites do not work in real time.

The tracker is always offline.

I tried with 3 satellites, I tried 3 sims, I tested the internet connection etc …

The problem is the new orange platform.

Yes messages working but with old orange interface i can tracking with real mode this device.
How can I use these trackers in real time mode and not with messages?

what deceived me was that the tracker is always offline and with the new update it is not possible to view the messages history, useful to understand how often the position is sent.

how come in some respects the new orange is pejorative?

with the old platform kingneed were regularly online.

You can fix this?

it becomes more complicated to use orange if the tracker is always offline.

also because there are many legacy trackers.
