    Thus, the unit is displayed online, but there is no address, because the system does not get the geo position of the device.

    Most likely, the device does not see satellites or is motionless for a long time, if you cannot find a problem on the device’s side, write to us(support@gps-trace.com) specifying login and unit ID, then we can check it additionally.

      rost boa tarde meu amigo, estou com dificuldade para conectar o novo modelo de rastreador da SINOTRACK ST-901A, o ID dele tem somente 10 números assim ( 3009071498 ) mas não conecta na plataforma de jeito nenhum, e no rastreador só tem este ID nele, tenho outros modelos sinotrack st901 aqui e esta conectado normal na plataforma, poderia me ajudar com este novo modelo? obrigado

        Firstly try to IMEI intead of ID, test a little, move around with the device, perhaps the device simply “does not see” the satellites.

        bom dia amigo, já tentei dessa forma mas não conectou, o rastreador e um modelo novo da sinotrack ( ST-901A) nele só tem mesmo este número de ID: 30090629377… MEU LOGIN ( emerson 22 ) verifica para mim… OBRIGADO

          Also, information on settings can be found in the instructions for the device.

                rost boa tarde, o cartão SIM está tudo certo nele, eu fiz a configuração certa no rastreador também, nele só tem este ID mesmo ( 3009071498 ) mas somente com 10 números, eu tenho outros rastreadores da SINOTRACK conectados na plataforma, mas eles possui um ID diferente com 11 números, e somente este modelo não esta´conectando na plataforma, acredito eu que possa ser no identificador do ID na plataforma que esteja dando errado, ou precisando de acrescentar algum número a mais, por favor verifica para mim

                If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
                After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.
