    Please clarify whether you want to send such commands from the application or to receive a notification when a parameter is changed?

    If you mean a notification about a parameter change, please specify the names of the parameters coming from the device, we will check it additionally. You can find these parameters in the Toolbox of your unit by looking at the messages.

      Setbox is not available for devices in Legacy mode.
      However, try to use “Gosafe G1S” device type in unit settings. Then direct your device to new IP and port. This device type is from Hardware category and most likely has the same protocol as your device.
      Then check the unit’s Setbox. We do not guarantee that the commands will work, as the protocols may differ slightly, which may cause the commands to not work.

      We are planning to gradually add devices from the Legacy category to Hardware, but it will take time and for now you can try the method described above.

          We have verified the data from your tracker.
          The tracker connects but does not send anything, even the packet login does not come from the device, the device is immediately disconnected.
          In the package, even if the device does not have time to arrive, the device immediately terminates the connection.
          Please check your device configuration as we did not receive any complete data packet to check.

          unfortunately Gosafe G1S does not work. But “MY Rilla G19” works immediately. For information: You have to register the tracker with the ID, IMEI does not work. Would it be possible to integrate this type into hardware?

                Hello. Thanks, sinotrack 901m works fine in new hardware port, but in stock app im use external wire for blocking cars. Its work from button in stock app or sms commands. When external wire is activated, vehicle.state patametr in toolbox from FFFFFBFF change to F7FFFBFF. I would really like you to add the management of this feature in the ruhavik app in the future. Thx.
