Since users have a lot of units with Coban devices, at the moment there are several settings for them which are equivalent so that there is no overload. One of them is displayed in the unit settings.
I previously indicated one of the possible settings. If you have a different port and server displayed in the unit settings, then this is normal. You can configure your device for a given in the unit settings port and server. Just keep in mind that some trackers do not support the DNS server format, and in this case, please configure the tracker for the IP server format.

If you tried to connect the tracker to the DNS server format and to the IP server format, but in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - at the top of the section with logs, no log about the tracker connection appeared, then please try to define the tracker on id.wialon.net as the corresponding device and write to us about the result.
