Memory issue

hi All,
I’m not able to track my car. on the settings I’ve found that I don’t have free memory. Question how to relese it. Is it connected with SIM card?? Please look at print screen

The maximum data size for one object is 50 MB in the free version and 100 MB in the paid version. The data retention period depends on the amount of total data occupied (maximum retention period 1 year).
When the amount of stored data reaches its maximum size, after a while the oldest data will be deleted, and new incoming data will be recorded.

Thus, the application continues to work when the maximum data size is reached.

I feel a little bit confused. I bought car with device more that 2 years ago. It worked perfectly. I didn’t have to do anything till now.
If I understand you correctly - free version has limit of 50 MB. I can not understand why this limit was achieved now (for last two years I used to used car for this same way).
There is no way to erase memory?? The only way to increase limit is to switch to premium version?? As far as I’m aware, to achieve it android device is needed. I don’t have such one (only iOS).
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

There is no possibility to delete data on your own, but if the maximum is reached, as we wrote earlier, the oldest data is automatically deleted and new ones are written.
Therefore, the application continues to work even when the maximum is reached.
If you have any problem, then it is related to something else, and not with the achievement of the maximum data. Therefore, describe the problem in more detail, and also indicate your login and ID (IMEI) of the unit(s) with which the problem arose.
