TelisValaoritis Hello!
How did you configure the tracker to the required port and server for data transfer without using commands?
Please tell us about the problem in more detail. Do you want to connect this tracker to the Ruhavik application?

I am using the tracksolid application and I try to set up the JM-LL01 via SMS commands via my mobile phone.so I send first the APN,CYTAMOBILE# to start and the device not reply but accept the command I send SOS,A,99683065#
To the device and still accepting the command but not reply the only time who send me SMS to my mobile is alerts when is vibrate or move ..I don’t know I use many GPS from this company and is ok I know how to do the settings .. thanks for helping..the Chinese girl from the AliExpress jimm company not help

    TelisValaoritis Hello!
First of all, I should note that this forum is intended for users of the Ruhavik application.
Does the tracker respond to commands such as APN# or SERVER#
according to the manufacturer’s instructions (https://www.iconcox.com/uploads/soft/200826/1-200R6151056.pdf)?
If it answers, then please check that its answers.
If not please check commands, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions (information in the PWDSW command), if a password is enabled, then it must be specified as the first parameter. That is, in your command, perhaps after the name of the command, you first need to specify the password and then only the APN separated by commas.
Also you can check the level of 4G communication, maybe in the place where you are there are small ones with a signal level, for example?

No the device not respond to any command ..the only time who responds is when is alerts notification .how I will find out about the 4g strength in my area ??
I download the Ruhavic and I will try it.
So maybe I must create a password for the device via Bluetooth iPhone first and then start to send SMS settings ??

      TelisValaoritis Hello!
In this case, please try to check the operability of the SIM card that you use with the tracker, and the level of 4G communication, for example, on your phone.
If all is well with this, then please try to turn off and turn on the tracker.
If this does not give any results, then try contacting the seller or manufacturer of the tracker, perhaps it has some kind of malfunction if it does not respond to commands with a working and connected SIM card. Or perhaps the manufacturer will be able to suggest additional checks that you can do in this case.

I bought this product but the battery consumption is high. What I noticed is that it does not go to sleep mode after 10 minutes as it did with the AT6, it will be some configuration problem, or this equipment does not have that function.

        JuanJoseMartinezGonzalez Hello!
Do you need any help or did you write this information to help other users?
You can try to set the intervals for sending data in a different way, perhaps this will reduce the consumption of the battery.

Hi Juan, to get an acceptable battery consumption for Concox JM-LL01, you have to combine tracking mode with stop mode.
        mode,pw,1,300,86400#
        stopmode,pw,on,300,0,300#
with this setting I hope to have the device running for 150 days - we’ll see.
The behavoior is, that it wakes up to send data to the tracking platform once per 24h.
And it wakes up if it moves out of defined fences.
        gfence,pw,1,on,0,Nxx.xxxxxx,Exx.xxxxxx,3,,1#
pw is a passcode you can define.
More informations about the tracker can be founde here.. www.iconcox.com
        Regards

Hello, I have bought Concox JM-LL01 tracker and have trouble configure it and I don’t have all available commands and explanations. Could you help me? Can you provide me full list of commands with explanations?

Furthermore, i have few questions if you can help me:

          1. I set the mode,1,60,360# so that it sends the position every 60 seconds, but when it starts, it reports every few seconds? Vibration senalm is off.

          2. What this commands does and how to use it:
            staticrep#
            sensor#
            timer#

          3. How can you listen to the environment around the tracker? Is it possible to configure it through bluetooth or/and with AT commands?

          Thank you.

            Dear Parsley

Sorry, we don’t have GPRS commands for this device. That is, technically this functionality will work, but we do not know the command syntax itself.
We only have an example payload (syntax) of the command:
f.e. command to Cut OFF petrol:
            {“payload”:“RELAY,1#”}

For command syntax, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. They will be able to provide you with the information you need. Also, if you receive this information, we will be glad if you share it on our forum.

            Now for your questions:

            1. This question can only be answered by the manufacturer. Most likely it is in the firmware, or in some additional setting. From our side, we only receive data, calculate it and display it.
            2. From this list, only the timer# command is familiar to us.
We could not find the rest of the commands either in the official manuals or anywhere else.
Info about staticrep# command you can find here by the link. https://pdfcoffee.com/concox-gps-tracker-ob22commandsv10-pdf-free.html
Also there you will find a timer# command explanation.

Unfortunately we didn’t find any info about sensor# command.

            1. In this case you can listen the environment only via call to the tracker(to SIM card). If this tracker supports such function(have a mic and software for this inside).

If you have any additional questions about the application or you will find information, just write there.

Good morning Telis, I have your same problem with a VL04, I also receive sms for movement or vibration alert but I don’t receive any other message after sending commands via sms. Did you solve it in any way that can help me? Thank you!!

            • kuta replied to this.

              Dear mazza63

If your tracker does not respond to SMS commands, you need to check the following on the tracker side:

              1. SIM card operation: balance, limits, mobile network coverage.
              2. Does the tracker have enough charge to work (sending response messages).
              3. Tracker operation mode (whether it went into sleep mode, etc.)
              4. Сorrectness of the tracker connection to the vehicle.

In case these steps do not solve the problem, please provide us login, unit ID, screenshot of the device configuration (SMS commands and device’s answers) and link to this topic to support@gps-trace.com, then we will try to check and help."
