This is my second post I have wasted many hours trying to get the app to work with a concox GT08.

I can get a text reply ‘ok’ from both port and IP but doesn’t show my Surron bike on the app??? I’m really keen to get it sorted as at the moment I’m so concerned about leaving it anywhere. I’ve tried so many different things such as reinstalling app and factory reset of tracker and even the GPS codes for the SIM still nothing. It’s been on going for a month and I’ve probably wasted 24 hours in total trying to sort it on many evenings.

Please someone take pity on me and guide me through it.

    BenCurtis Hello.
    To configure the tracker type concox GT08 you should choose in the units settings:
    Device Category – Hardware
    Device Type - Concox GT08
    Then configure the tracker to:
    Server Host 193.193.165.37 (if your tracker supports IP server format)
    Or
    Server Host 23821.flespi.gw (if your tracker supports DNS server format)
    Port 27165

    You can also try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Concox GT08, Concox, Xexun, Coban.
    If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
    After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.
    Write us back about the results and if the issue will not resolve please send us a screenshot of id.wialon.net where it is seen that your tracker is determined via support@gps-trace.com also mentioning your login and tracker IMEI.
