GT02 Tracker Not Sending or Recieving SMS even GSM is Working
SpardaDante Hello!
Sending messages is not related to the application.
You can try to find out first whether the SIM card or tracker chip is all right. Perhaps there are exceeded some limits for sending messages (this sometimes happens).
If this is all right, try restarting the tracker and setting it up again if necessary.

ashe I already tried the SIM Card and find no problem. I was wondering if the problem is comming from the Tracker being expired after a periode of time.
I tried to change the original Tracking Server (GPS110.org) with GPS-Trace one, and the tracker is not recieving SMS.
But when I call the device, there is a ringtone so the SIM card is not the problem
Is it possible that after a year of usage, the manufacturer blocked the device ?
SpardaDante Hello!
In this case, it is best for you to try to contact the seller or manufacturer. Or maybe you should contact the service center, especially if you do not want to restart the tracker, because you think that you can’t configure it later.
There they will be able to tell you why similar problems may arise precisely with your tracker, since trackers of different manufacturers function differently.

ashe Thank you , I’ll try to contact them, even I doubt they’ll answer me. (Cheap Chinese product)
Usually this SMS problem is the telephone company that blocks the use of the normal chip for use in trackers, you have to buy an M2M chip.
SpardaDante I would like to ask you a question. What tracking are you using right now? I also need something for my family members tracking like chats, messages, phone number, location tracking etc. I will wait for your further reply.

You can find a list of devices supported on our platform at https://gps-trace.com/devices. This may help you select a suitable tracker.
It’s okey! Thanks for your reply. Is this one for free? I need something where I will have my own dashboard and I can control everything from there. If I find something I will update you. Will wait for your further reply.

If I understand correctly, you’re referring to selecting a tracker. As far as we know, most trackers are configured either via SMS commands or through configuration software that allows you to set up the tracker by connecting it to a computer.
The Ruhavik app can also be used for free, and it offers features that may suit your needs.
