In your case, several different situations are possible, for example, a tracker can send data from a black box. Or maybe there is a problem with the time zone. Do you set timezone 0 (UTC) on the tracker?
You can open the unit’s menu - Tools - Toolbox - the section with messages at the bottom and in real time, watch, if it is possible, the data that is sent by your tracker. In real time, incoming messages will be added to the current day, then they will be sorted by timestamp.
Server.timestamp is the time when messages arrive at the server.
Timestamp is the time of messages that the tracker puts down.
