I can’t find SinoTrack ST-901 in the device list? These are sold in very high volume, so I wonder why this is not supported.

Unfortunately, we can’t say for sure whether your tracker will work with our application.
Since trackers work with different manufacturers and models according to different protocols, it is difficult to say for sure whether your tracker corresponds to one of the protocols we support.
Please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Gosafe G91I, Rilla G19, Gosafe G1C
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or no)
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.

ashe My Sinotrack ST-903 connects with http://id.wialon.net/ on port 20490 and is shown as Gosafe G91I.
In Ruhavik, G91I, G19 and G1C are all not known when trying to add a unit.

Telemetry data is available only if your device sends messages with separate parameters to the system.
But some parameters may not be parsed into separate ones, for example, there may be a status parameter in hex, where there will be 10 other parameters not parsed hardwired, our developers are currently working on this.

I have sinotrack st-901 and the orange led is blinking and in sinotrack app my device shows all time offline, but it responds to my configurations on sms and sends me shock alarms. I inserted my sim in phone and checked that i can call,send sms and also internet connection is working. I have tried also reset funtion and checked apn is correct and other settings, it can be internal failure? Item has worked about only three months…
