ashe My Sinotrack ST-903 connects with http://id.wialon.net/ on port 20490 and is shown as Gosafe G91I. In Ruhavik, G91I, G19 and G1C are all not known when trying to add a unit. Disappointing.

Trkr , Hello, You can find these device types in Legacy category when creating a unit. Please, check the screenshot attached.

rost Thank you, that worked! Does legacy always imply that there is no telemetry? Would like battery voltage and number of satellites. Anything else I can try? Please consider fully supporting Sinotrack if it’s at all reasonable. I would like to use Ruhavik for all my trackers.

Trkr , Hello, Telemetry data is available only if your device sends messages with separate parameters to the system. But some parameters may not be parsed into separate ones, for example, there may be a status parameter in hex, where there will be 10 other parameters not parsed hardwired, our developers are currently working on this. However, we are planning to add Sinotrack devices to the Hardware category soon, please wait.

Hello I have a question.I did my sinotrack St-901M gps tracker to add in gps server.net platform.For my first question,I want to know the imei number to put in that server is start with 300******* for 901M device?Only 10 digits numbers?And for my second question is how to setup my sinotrack with my country apn?I know the command for APN is start with 803**** APN but no reply to me.What may be the problem cannot setup APN in this device?If you have time,please reply to me about this issues:

What about APN, you need to check the details for setting up the APN with the mobile provider of the SIM card used in the tracker. Depending on the provider, this can be just the APN or also the APN username and password.
