stevewig ashe I’m still having issue with trips not being marked as ending. im not sure what else to try. I have two vehicles and the same issue with both.

stevewig ashe thanks for looking into it. to clarify, how SHOULD it end the trip? Is this based on accessory status true / false? Or some other detection method?
ashe stevewig Hello! We use several factors to determine the trip. In your case, the problem turned out to be what messages and how often they arrive while the car is parked. Unfortunately, one of our tools when dividing by trip in this case did not make a break. We will try to fix the problem as soon as possible. If you want to somehow influence your situation right now, then if you have such settings, you can slightly increase the interval of sending messages while the car is stationary (does not move).
stevewig ashe hi. Thanks for that. currently the ACC off heartbeat Is set to 5 minutes. Do I increase this? Or are you referring to the time interval for movement when ACC is off? Current setting is TIMER,5,10#
ashe stevewig Hello! Yes, you can currently increase the interval of messages when the car is not moving, put more than 5 minutes, maybe 8-10 minutes. At the moment, this will have to solve the problem with your trips until we make changes to the application.

stevewig ashe set time 10 minutes. Looks good so far. it’s more than I’d want ideally in the long term. But I’m happy to keep it at that until the issues are resolved. thanks for your help :-)
