AndreaEsposito Hi I have a Sinotrack ST-901A+ I did a search in the forum and tried to configure it with the ports: 32329 and 20490 with no results. The saller on aliexpress linked me to a discussion on traccar forum where the protocol seems to be used is huabao which port should i use to make it work in gpstrace?
ashe AndreaEsposito Hello! You can try the types of trackers Gosafe G91I or Rilla G19 At the same time, we don’t have a protocol for this tracker, and we can’t say for sure whether it will work. After changing the settings, you can go to the Toolbox (unit menu - Tools - Toolbox), where in the log section you can see if your tracker is connected and if errors occur after that.
AndreaEsposito I have tried both protocols. which are respectively: Gosafe G91I - 20490 Rilla G19 - 20275 I set up sending on the test server to extract the ID, but for both protocols I don’t see anything. I have set up my dashboard for both, but when I try to see the messages it gives me an error and does not show me the logs. how can I do?
Flavio tambe. estou tentado e nao consiigo esse modelo e novo ST901+A tenho o protocolo como faço para voce incluir?
AndreaEsposito Flavio tambe. estou tentado e nao consiigo esse modelo e novo ST901+A tenho o protocolo como faço para voce incluir? you can’t try to use their platform for now (sinotracker), waiting for the gpstrace to implement the protocol (which I proceeded to send to the support team).
AndreaEsposito A little update: I confirm the fact that st-901a+ uses a protocol called “huabao”, the same protocol is also used by Gosafe G1C. In Wialon, the Gosafe G1C use the port 21686, but in GpsTrace I can’t find the G1C. G1C is necessarily needed because it is the only one in the Gosafe family that uses a different protocol. fingers crossed!
ashe AndreaEsposito Hello! We added the protocol Device Category - Legacy, Device Type - Gosafe G1C, you can try to configure the unit and tracker. Write to us about the results please.
AndreaEsposito For this type of device, the ID is as follows: 0 + ID written on the lid. Now it seems to work, but in my case I still don’t see the position: I don’t know if it’s a problem with my device or your decoder. Thanks for the support, keep us updated! 😃
ashe AndreaEsposito Hello! You can look in the Toolbox if there is data on latitude, longitude and altitude. You can also send us a screenshot of Toolbox and main screen where unit is online and without position.
Flavio O meu esta funcionando mas esta dando localizaçao atrasada .exemplo eu passo em uma rua depois de alguns minutos ele mostra online como seu ainda estivesss la voce pode ajudar a resolver isso ?com ST901+A
ashe Flavio Hello! The application only shows the data that your tracker sends, without any delay. Perhaps your tracker collects data in a black box and then sends it at a certain interval. please try set up the interval of data transfer in the tracker.
stilo I managed to set up a ST-901 + device as AndreaEsposito said (big thanks), the device works great but still sends the data with a small delay-in packages-. I think the previous device ST-901 worked better.
ashe stilo Hello! We are glad that everything works for you. Try to see the settings of your tracker for the data transfer interval and others, maybe you can configure the data transfer without delay.
