Was using your app about a 6 month ago and now i can’t connect my device to start tracking. I have ID waht i have on old server. Will it help to connect my tracker on new site(forum)
Because i can’t find any gajets with port what i need.

Hello there. I have this same trouble, but with another tracker. Named “arnavi.lite”. At old version of the “Orange” i use this params: 193.193.165.166:20623
After migration on new platform, my tracker work like a “Legacy” type of device. Some days ago i change model in preferences, and forgot which it was. Now i can’t find any device which have a 20623 port. Whats i do wrong? I try use id.wialon.net and i see my tracker in the list.(when a change server ip to .167). ID: 78429

    For the selected object, go to “Settings - Common Settings”. Here you can see your chosen tracker settings, as well as the port and server that is set by the application for this device. If the settings of your tracker are different, you need to configure your tracker on a new port and server

I do not understand….If I choose the model of the Arnavi tracker from “Hardware”, in this case the IMEI is the identifier, but my tracker will transfer not IMEI but a unique ID (5 digits).

          We updated the types of trackers in the web version (will appear in Android a bit later). Try to select Legacy - Arnavi in the object settings and reconfigure the tracker again.
