Hi, i really like the new beta app that I am testing but there doesn’t seem to be any notification sounds. All options for notifications are switched on, notifications do come through but there is no sound. Is the sound missing from the beta version? thanks..,

chol any update? I have exactly the same issue… No notifications sound, everything is turned on and the phone is not silent… I don’t get it… if you have working solution, please share it.

ashe hello, so basically from the beginning, since I installed on my phone. It’s an iPhone 11 with the latest updates. I get the pop up notifications but it doesn’t make any kind of sound…. the sound is enough to heat other application’s pop-ups.

We are currently finding out the causes of the problem.
Some of the users had sound in their notifications earlier.
Please try reinstalling the app just in case.
Can I also clarify whether you receive push notifications from other applications with default sounds?

ashe Yes, you are right, the other applications has no special setup to hear the notifications. I’m going to reinstall the app, hopefully it would solve the issue. May I ask 1 more thing? Is it planned to make the premium function available for the iPhone users? If yes, when? If not, why?

We are currently stydy out the cause of the problem with sound and will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Regarding the possibility of subscription to premium version on iOS devices, we are currently working on it and hope that we can implement this opportunity in the near future. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot say about a specific time.
