Hello. Can you delete my units from my old accounts so i can add them in new ones? I have a problem with my units. Units (Coban GPS102B) shows that are online in new app but not showing on map. I already changed ip and port and set the new one for this devices but i can’t show them on map. As i saw in toolbox all devices has the same error "“[22/11/2019 22:23:59] 301: device disconnected (Current connection closed because of ident collision: device has opened another connection to the channel without closing first one. It may happen because of device firmware bug or by an unstable connectivity provider. In general, this happens to plenty of devices and usually can be ignored.)”" IDs of some devices are 864180034789268, 868683029655101, 864180031498806, 864180031498806. Two of my devices showed properly but 4 are not. My old account username was “TomTomarin” and “ASDFGHJKL”

Tracker1 We didn ’t find a device with the specified ID. Send please screenshoot.

I set up them from the beginning and now are shown properly. Thank you for your support. Please close or delete the thread.

ashe as I am using from many years.. didn’t face this problem, unit s offline on application. But when go inside the app and use toolbox.. unit is online… But problem is not able change the date… And time …

If you have a problem with the date and time, then try to request data directly from the tracker. If the date and time are incorrect, you may have a rollover problem. You can read about it here https://forum.gps-trace.com/d/42-gps-rollover

However, if the time is displayed incorrectly, try setting the timezone 0 UTC
Perhaps after this you will have to wait a bit (about 6-8 hours), because due to the time difference, new messages may overlap with old ones.

If your tracker was previously defined in the application, it means that everything was correct with the unit settings. You can see the messages that come in the Toolbox (unit menu - Tools - Toolbox)
Perhaps your data transfer interval is not turned on or not configured or there is some other problem.
Also check that the server and port settings have not changed.
