Hello. Can you delete my units from my old accounts so i can add them in new ones? I have a problem with my units. Units (Coban GPS102B) shows that are online in new app but not showing on map. I already changed ip and port and set the new one for this devices but i can’t show them on map. As i saw in toolbox all devices has the same error "“[22/11/2019 22:23:59] 301: device disconnected (Current connection closed because of ident collision: device has opened another connection to the channel without closing first one. It may happen because of device firmware bug or by an unstable connectivity provider. In general, this happens to plenty of devices and usually can be ignored.)”" IDs of some devices are 864180034789268, 868683029655101, 864180031498806, 864180031498806. Two of my devices showed properly but 4 are not. My old account username was “TomTomarin” and “ASDFGHJKL”

Tracker1 We didn ’t find a device with the specified ID. Send please screenshoot.

ashe as I am using from many years.. didn’t face this problem, unit s offline on application. But when go inside the app and use toolbox.. unit is online… But problem is not able change the date… And time …

sheiksalman Hello! If you have a problem with the date and time, then try to request data directly from the tracker. If the date and time are incorrect, you may have a rollover problem. You can read about it here https://forum.gps-trace.com/d/42-gps-rollover

If your tracker was previously defined in the application, it means that everything was correct with the unit settings. You can see the messages that come in the Toolbox (unit menu - Tools - Toolbox)
Perhaps your data transfer interval is not turned on or not configured or there is some other problem.
Also check that the server and port settings have not changed.

Let’s try to start the setup from the very beginning.
Please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Xexun, Resiont TK110, Concox, Coban
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or no)
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.

If you open the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox, then at the top in the logs you will see that the tracker was connected and disconnected, but did not send messages (the number of messages is 0 in the column).
Please try to set the data transmission intervals on the tracker. Also, please check that everything is fine with the SIM card or the chip that you use with the tracker, that there are enough funds on it and that the data transfer limits are not exceeded.

We have analyzed the data from your device and as you can see, the problem is the incorrect date that your device sends. Packages with coordinates come with a date from 2041.

In this case, the problem is on the device side and, as a rule, such problems are solved by flashing the device.
For help flashing or updating your device, contact the manufacturer or seller of the device.
Only they are usually competent in this matter.
