    The subscription system works in such a way that a subscription can only be managed from the Google account used to purchase it. If you are unable to manage the subscription on your new device, it is possible that the purchase was originally made using a different Google account or another device.

    To resolve this, please try updating your subscription from the same device where it was originally purchased.
