While the tracker is successfully connected to our platform (as evidenced by the green status), it seems the automatic position update configuration needs adjustment. The command you’re using (fix020s***n+password) appears to be attempting to set a 20-second interval, but might not be working as expected.
Since this is a specific device configuration issue, we recommend:
- Double-check the exact SMS command format in your tracker’s manual, as different versions of TK102 might use slightly different command formats.
- Contact the device manufacturer or seller for the correct command syntax for continuous position updates, as they are most familiar with their product’s specific features and configuration.
- Ensure your SIM card has sufficient balance and data allowance for frequent position updates.
