  • How to hard reset sinotrack ST-906l

After receiving the device i used sms commands to change imei number.
For couple of months it worked fine and then imei was detected clone by pakistan telecommunication authority.
Now imei is blocked and sim is not working.
I want to change the imei back to factory settings so i may register it in my country and continue using device.
But as sms commands is not working thats y i need to hard reset the device for the purpose.
There is not any reset button on the device.
Please help me how can i do this task through hardware?

      If your Sinotrack ST-902L isn’t going online, try the following steps:

      1. Check SIM Card:

      Ensure the SIM card is active, has data, and supports 2G/4G.
      Set the correct APN
      Ensure there are no data restrictions from your SIM provider.

      1. Network Coverage: Ensure good signal reception in your area.
      2. Power Supply: Check that the tracker is properly powered or fully charged.
      3. Restart the Tracker: Turn it off, wait a few minutes, and turn it back on.

      My sinotrack ST-906 not working even if i reset the password to default by text and says username or password error?

        Thank you for reaching out.
        Here’s how you can try to reset the password:

        Send an SMS to your tracker with the format:
        777+New Password+Old password
        For example, if you want to set password to “1234” and current password is “0000” (default), send: 77712340000

        If this doesn’t work and you’ve forgotten the current password, you’ll need to contact Sinotrack’s support directly as they can provide specific instructions for hardware reset or recovery procedures.

        kula According to the device manual, you can try using the RESTART SMS command to restart the tracker.

        It is best to contact the device manufacturer or dealer for the tracker settings, as they are better versed in their product and its features.

        Is the Sinotrack app crashing constantly due to some device incompatibility?
