If your Sinotrack ST-902L isn’t going online, try the following steps:
- Check SIM Card:
Ensure the SIM card is active, has data, and supports 2G/4G.
Set the correct APN
Ensure there are no data restrictions from your SIM provider.
- Network Coverage: Ensure good signal reception in your area.
- Power Supply: Check that the tracker is properly powered or fully charged.
- Restart the Tracker: Turn it off, wait a few minutes, and turn it back on.
