The frequency of sending data lies entirely on the side of the device. From our software side, you can only send a TCP command to configure the device.
To make your device send data more often, it is best to use SMS commands. In the case of your device, you need to configure the “Auto track” using SMS commands.

There, on the last to pages you can see the whole list of SMS commands including “Auto track” commands with “how it works” description.
So, please check and set up your device as you wish. Our system will receive messages with any frequency, but we recommend that you do not forget about the traffic of your SIM card. The higher the frequency of sending data, the faster the traffic is consumed.
