    Tracker response DNS ok
    After that I sent SMS

      Hi everyone,
I purchased some GPS Trackers 303G.

      I have 2 problems
      1) when ACC is active it no longer transmits the position to the server and I always see it stopped, when ACC is deactivated it starts transmitting the position to the server. How come? what needs to change?

      2) I would like to know what the SMS command is to change the position transmission interval to the server.
By default it is set to 180 seconds but I would like to bring it to 10 seconds.

      I wait for your answer

        Dear micmisur,

For questions regarding the operation and configuration of the tracker, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or seller of the tracker.

Also, the commands and operating modes of the tracker are often described in the instructions for it.
You can also find instructions for the Coban GPS303-G tracker on our website at the link - https://gps-trace.com/en/devices/coban-gps303-g#instructions

        1. Judging by the instructions for the tracker, your tracker is set to a mode in which the tracker sends messages only when ACC is on.
This mode is described in paragraph 6.11 of the instructions. Therefore, try disabling this mode.

        1. To uploading time interval you need to use next command with the necessary parameters:

        fix030s030m**n+password
Tracker will report a real-time location every 30 seconds when ACC is ON, and report every 30 minutes when ACC is OFF.
Note: The interval must not less than 10s.

If you have other questions, please let us know, we will try to help you.

        Dear kuta

        Thank you for your reply

I tried with this command but as soon as I activate it it starts sending me text messages continuously.
this command is not used to change the seconds for sending data to the server.

Coban sent me this attached image but it still doesn’t work.

            Hello
We have observed that when the vehicle is parked, the device is updating with multiple incorrect locations. This is causing discrepancies in the tracking data.

Kindly look into this issue and advise on a possible resolution.

Looking forward to your prompt assistance.
