Hi, how can I get tracks back from 3 of my previous accounts? In the time period from 21.09.2020 to 10.12.2020? Now trackers are linked to other accounts. And I can’t log in to my old accounts. Thanks.

    If you previously registered units in one account, and then deleted them from there and registered in another, then you will not be able to receive the data that was received before the units were deleted, because along with the deletion of the unit, you delete all information associated with it.

    If in the old accounts from which the units were deleted, there were no units and other relevant data left, then they could be deleted automatically due to inactivity.
