If neither you nor the seller of the tracker have registered a tracker of such a model with this IMEI in our application (the current application or its old version), then unfortunately another user probably has a tracker with the same data. Unfortunately, this can sometimes happen due to the fact that some tracker manufacturers produce duplicates of other trackers.
Could you tell us about what model and manufacturer your tracker is and what IMEI it has?

You can try to recover your password.
For this you need to do the following:

When you enter the application, use the "“Forgot password?”" function, after which an email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email associated with your account.
Follow the link in the email and create a new password.
Return to the login page and enter your username and new password.
