Unfortunately, there is currently no direct support for this tracker model. Probably your tracker is connected like one of the other models. At the moment, we cannot tell when the tracker will move to another category.
However, we plan to develop functionality that will be available for all supported trackers.
Probably in this case, the messages were sent by the tracker from the black box. You can see this in the object menu - Tools - Toolbox - below the section with messages. Some messages were received with a delay, the messages are highlighted in red. Timestamp - time of the message, server.timestamp - time when the message arrived at the server.
The most likely reason is in the tracker settings. Perhaps at the moment the tracker first writes data to the black box and then transmits it after a while. In this case, you can try changing the settings for the data transmission intervals.
If data on other trips arrives without delay, then another possible reason is that the tracker had a bad connection on this trip, and it first wrote down the data in the black box, and when the connection appeared, it sent them.
If the data is not transferred according to the tracker settings, it may be necessary to contact the seller or manufacturer of the tracker.
