Car is broken after using SetBox

Hi guys,

I recently used SetBox to block the engine. Once I sent the “Cut Off” message, the car turned off after a few minutes, but then I sent the new code to turn it back on, and the car does not turn on. I made sure that I send thhe code again to bring the Cut Off back off, but still the car stop working. Any tips?

Please send us your login, as well as tracker IMEI (unit ID in the application), its model. You could send your request via support@gps-trace.com. Also please mention date and time with timezone when you send this command.
