Hi,

Just added a TK119-3G, however unsuccessful, so I checked the toolbox and noted multiple device connected and then device disconnected (received data violates channel’s protocol)…

Our specialists have made changes.
Please try to make a trip for example and check the data. One of the data type packages is currently not parsed as it is not contained in the manufacturer’s documentation. We will update the information and possibly make additional changes later.

Helllo. I have the same problem with the same tracker, but with a different PID. I’ve tried setting my tracker to all the various EELink devices on the site, but the same error:

The error occurs because a data packet arrives which is not provided in accordance with the available documentation.
Maybe you have newer documentation on the protocol for this device? If yes, could you send it to us?
