To be able to determine just such a situation, the tracker must send data about it. However, this is unlikely.
You can try to configure the tracker to send data permanently and enable notifications about no messages (unit menu - Settings - Notifications). In this case, if there are no messages from the tracker during a certain time, you can receive a notification. In this case, the main thing is that the selected interval of no messages should be greater than the interval with which the tracker sends messages during and without movement.
